Circumcision and PE

There is no clear cut evidence to prove that circumcision will have a significant impact on PE. The general theory is that, after circumcision the shaft and glans of the penis will get exposed and will gradually lead to loss of penile sensitivity. There is some data that shows lower PE rates for Muslim populations where circumcision rate is above 98%. However, the authenticity of the data is still under the microscope due to religious and cultural issues around sexual dysfunction among that population.
